TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPLY24 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelpRouter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period following termination.
